My workout instructor has me doing these and I hate them but I think its a great whole body exercise. At the end of about 90 seconds feels like my heart is coming out of my? throat. It's one tough exercise. Great video.

This is the most helpful kettlebell demo I have seen. Comments like where I should feel the stretch, what muscles to tighten, and "drive your heels into the floor" really help me make sure? I am doing it right. Also, the "how not to do it" was very helpful, as well.

No you do not need to lock out your elbows. Soft on the way back, then nice and straight at the top. The swing has evolved a bit since I filmed this 2 years ago. The correct way now is to straighten out the? arms, but no need to actually lock them.
