The dog (Fuzzy Bear) and golden tabby tiger (Princess) have been raised together since they both were babies. They both are just over a year old and are bonded to each other. Princess is around other tigers and Fuzzy is around other dogs, but it doesn't matter to them. It depends on each others willingness to accept each other, this doesn't always workout.

Almost but not quite... Lannisters are known as lions. But some cat owners raise lions and dogs together as well. Works the very same way. I even know a guy that had a young lion that raised a litter of puppies! If properly raised and socialized, lions can be quite? altruistic. BTW, tigers do exist in the 'Game of Thrones' world, but not in Westeros.
