My boss? explained that it's essentaily because the global marketing of rappers like 50 Cent & Jay-Z has been so successful that all black people are seen as gun-toting pimps & gangsters by Chinese & Indians- all around the world, in fact. It seems a pity that this 'success' actually holds black people back.
