We are talking about average intelligence of the population,in that case you lose the argument. Of course, there are many American geniouses, that is so for several reasons, one being the simple fact that you are many You were a proud and mighty nation, went to the moon, dabbled in first ever computers of the world, now, you have given almost all of that for to propaganda, commercial media and so on Mind you most of those companies were founded ages ago,and have many foreign? experts working in them

US (private sector) produces some of the smartest & most competent individuals in the world, and hires many of the smartest from Europe and elsewhere. The public education comparison is a separate argument. Just compare the level of top universities in let's say Scandinavia with the top level private Universities of the world, many of? them in US. Suddenly the better average scores of the elementary public education go out of the window. The socialists here just haven't figured this out.

Apple computers, iPods, iPhones, Microsoft, Facebook, Youtube, MIT, Harvard, Yale, NASA, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, Google, IBM, HP, Intel, Oracle, Exxon Mobil, etc.. All of those things are American. Producing them? require deep technical abilities in science, math and engineering. So if that doesn't make Americans smart, then you're out of your mind.
By: likestojam. on 10 May 12, 20:56:31
People that stereotype Americans as everyone in america being the same is obviously very ignorant and have been taught to judge incorrectly. There is? every nation, tribe and tongue that lives in "america". In the same way saying all peoples from Africa are niggers whether Ethiopian, Egyptian or other.. it just screams hate. are we not all created from 1 God? Can anyone choose were there born? are there not good and evil everywhere in the world? yes. Good will overcome in the end. Evil will fail.

I don't think you are able to think outside the box. He's using? that method to explain/visualize scaling arguments.
By: emervile1. on 10 May 12, 01:36:14
to everyone saying inches is uncivilized and calling Americans stupid. In a school and in a University in the USA they use inches AND inches comes from the UK NOT from the USA. Learn your history and common knowledge before you blurt out something on the? internet. thank you
