To keep the wrist ... By: dchang7211. on 01 Jun 10, 19:40:28 To keep the wrist firm, it seems you have to also firm up the elbow muscle (muscle on the outside part of the elbow, where people get tennis elbow) since that's what's? controlling the wrist. Is this correct?
Thank you Mauro and ... By: albesca. on 29 May 10, 13:49:15 Thank you Mauro and Kyril, our tips are real priceless. The best explanation i've never seen. You ask to a question i'm doing from years to many coaches and players, and nobody was been? able for a clear answer. We are making a great job.
Great video -- this ... By: vibe4me. on 29 May 10, 04:07:46 Great video -- this is a fundamentally important point especially for average Joe weekend 3.0 players like myself. Unfortunately, flipping the? wrist is a bad habit hard to get rid of. What helped me is RacketBracket (also google for WristAssist). It is amazing how it works -- no words can describe it -- when your wrist is firmly locked, you tend to keep your elbow close to your body and transfer the weight forward. To use either tool you would need a controlled ball feed (ball machine or coach).

That gave her more time, therefore? much better rhythm and timing, allowing arm extension at impact point, and "also" allowing her to use more "leg-pump", but for "extra power" and "reach", not to cure pain. (Coach Mauro)
