You do need rest, so hit them hard when you do hit them. Meaning you want to do a tuff routine that lasts atleast 15 minutes work of hitting the abs. You will see quicker results that way. Don't forget to concentrate on cardio and diet, which are the most important keys to getting great abs. Can somebody answer ...
