I don't think the guy is trying to say he is an expert or anything... he is just showing different exercises for the kettle bell and showing the results he got. He is showing kettle bell in a positive light and u still get the? idiots that are like "ur form is shit" or "ur doing it all wrong". Chill people he made a video that gives reference to different exercises u can do... he never claimed to say that you should do it his way or that he is an expert. Smart people would research b4 doing it.

the squat? press he is doing is going to get him a shoulder injury... pushing his shoulder towards his ear take his shoulder out of it's structurally stong position. you need to go see brett jones or a kettlebell master instructor before you put stuff up like this.
