The explanation the guy has given is great he covers all aspects.

My instructur tells me that in my final stance I have to be aiming at the target, but when I perform a half swing combined with the body rotation as shown in this video my arms end up pointing way left of the target. But that final stance does feel better and it looks a lot more like I see the pro's do it on tv.

Most amateurs will take that as using their hand and this causes casting. I use my lower body and amateurs need to know to start the two plane swing with lower body going around your left foot. "No hand or arm movement otherwise you won't get lag in your swing. and you will flip your hands.

If I am taking a half swing, I will let the club creep forward at impact. I agree with what was said above though, I can get my 8 iron to back up if I am using a high spin tour ball. Those are the expensive? ones. Most people use the cheaper ones (Me included) which don't spin as much which also means less back spin but also less side spin for slicers and hookers.

Last thing is make good contact or it won't work! hope that helped you people. its as easy as that?
