Just because they have? a large amount of experience doesn't mean they're doing it right. McDonalds has been around forever and serves some of the worst food. You cannot work your "inner chest" as the pec major is a group of continuous horizontal fibers running from your humerus to your sternum and clavicle. Given that there is no vertical division of the muscle, you cannot isolate "inner", "outer", or "middle". Notice how I didn't have to resort to senseless insults and childlike name-calling?
