Posted by: liarpoliticians
Video duration: 572 seconds
Global video hits: 1023
The illiterates in the DVLA are defrauding motorists by claiming they have not declared their cars or bikes as "off road" (SORN), when the reality is, the DVLA are losing people's forms. The DVLA have form on this, I too had to deal with those criminals. Recorded from BBC Watchdog, 29 September 2011.

Advice for people sending ANYTHING off to the DVLA.... COPY YOUR EVIDENCE, driving licence renewal, always photocopy? both before sending them off for renewal, get a copy of the post office receipe, always send first class recorded, it may cost a little more, but at lease you got enough to sue....LOL
By: acuk2005. on 14 Oct 11, 01:25:50
DVLA has a bad reputation for a? poor system setup, they lose peoples paperwork, driving licence, take in or send out the wrong information, they have poor customer services, they think they are always right, BBC watchdog already done a show on them about people sending off to renew their full driving licence and coming back with provisionals, when told of the DVLA mistake, they insist their computer isn't wrong and they have to take their test again, HOW IS THAT RIGHT?

Always send via Registered Post or similar then Sue the F**kers. Otherwise read up? on Taught Law and the Freeman Movement, which can help you out with a lot more than just the DVLA.
By: Siegetower. on 03 Oct 11, 15:34:19
The DVLA needs all those fines to buy shredding machines for all the? SORN applications they just don't feel like processing and their shred of guild makes them feel bad just throwing it in a regular bin.

People for many reasons are scared of not being able to find work if they expose corrupt government organisations especially the private that donate money to select people for an elected position to create laws that favor few people. This is how the? US went from number one lending nation to the number one debtor nation - Republicans and Democrats blame each other pretending they are different, but are too much alike.

Innocent? until proven guilty? Not in Police State UK. Fucking vermin politicians.
By: cjm2005. on 30 Sep 11, 10:54:04
perhaps if the motorists featured? spent less time cleaning their bikes/cars, and more time sending things by recorded delivery or following a simple online procedure... we could have been spared this awful VT.
By: HumanSayNo. on 30 Sep 11, 10:28:20
Instead of filling out a SORN would it not be better just to de-register your vehicle from the DVLA? If we can register our vehicle into a contract with DVLA the surly we can? de-register whenever we are not on the road?? Whatever happened to the Human Right to Travel???
By: DrThorpeLee. on 30 Sep 11, 10:27:44
if everyone just says "no" , implementing such silly bureaucracy? isn't possible for them to do. Why give in all the time? SORNs are the tip of the iceberg, and like little children, we conform... The main question that springs to mind is, where does this money go? All the money from the mugs that get frightened of the '1000' on a piece of paper and pay the 80 quid fines, where does that money go to?
By: DrThorpeLee. on 30 Sep 11, 10:21:47
Look into how to enforce Common Law.... Just to put the reader in the picture, and this? was before becoming familiar with Common Law. Over ten years I received two notices of fines related to SORNs, and multiple SORN requests. I never bothered with any of it. I'd have to have been mad to.
By: Professorshift. on 30 Sep 11, 07:47:04
Do politicians and this Mr Evans? come from the same school. I think we should do away with both and have robots like the daleks....... you will comply .... you will comply ... you will comply.... exterminate....exterminate...exterminate...24 caret plonker ..... No wonder so many public offices are not fit for purpose.
By: tarapinkerton. on 30 Sep 11, 07:16:32
well... people may lie about it. I can understand the DVLA viewpoint but its not? good enough if they lose the forms. Maybe they should only do it online with an email in reply. then proof is automatically given. fairly simple solution?
