Despite the FMVs already being uploaded attached to game footage, here they are together without any gameplay of this Crash Bandicoot clone for you to enjoy without having to click so much. (Some parts of the audio seem to skip a bit, but don't blame me...)

Thanks a Lot it really helped soothe my back pain from which I was suffering for about a month now. The tennis ball was always there in front of me but never realized that it would be the cure to my back problem...... ?

Thank you so much for this video.? I have, or should I say had, a pissed off quadratus lumborum for the past week. Been resting, ice, ultrasound, muscle stim, taking flexeril and nothing had helped. Today my chiro told me I had a severely aggrevated QL, and I am to come back in the morning. After doing these releases, my pain is like 1 or 2 out of 10. Previously it was off the charts whenever I'd move...sit, stand, lying down, whatever I did it was excrutiating!

By: unbreakablegamer. on 07 May 12, 04:50:20
what ball? can you use besides a tennis ball?
By: posturevideos. on 05 May 12, 18:59:48
There are two schools of thought on muscle stretching when you're an athlete. Some would say you need tight springs during play so that overstretching may make you more vulnerable before playing. This makes sense to me. I certainly feel long protracted stretching after is a very good idea though, so to maintain good flexibility (especially as? you get older).
By: q4short. on 04 May 12, 22:45:11
@posturevideos I associated knots with overused/ tense muscles in general. More specifically I play a lot of tennis and my quads/hams get pretty tight. This video made? me wonder if I should hold my stretches longer. Sorry if they're two totally seperate things. I know it has to do with increasing blood flow

If you find it isn't helping, you may not actually have a trigger point. Best to have an examination from a qualified health professional to be sure. Thank you for? your comment.
By: posturevideos. on 04 May 12, 21:49:54
Hmm? not sure I understand your question-the trigger point work isn't a stretch but a stationary compression to remove lactic acid build up in the muscle (the knots). Does that answer the question?
By: q4short. on 04 May 12, 13:55:41
Hi Paula, thank you for the video, great info? and you explained it well. About staying on tender points until they disappear.. Does this apply to static stretching too? I'm aware of proper breathing and having to warm up pre-stretch, but staying on targeted areas is new info for me
By: stratocaster1986able. on 04 May 12, 09:28:49
This? makes it worse.
By: posturevideos. on 02 May 12, 21:34:38

Anyone I see who has? had surgery, gets an xray. I want to see what it looks like before I advise anything! You may want to do the same. Post surgery, there is scar tissue and scar tissue is inflexible and sometimes requires good mobilisation and deep tissue work. Chiropractic 'adjustments' are helpful to get the joints mobile again. Let me know how you get on and good for you, getting back into the swing!

I've had back surgery in november '11 (herniated disc in lower back) and ever since I've been extremely scared to do anything.. I'm only 25 but treating my body like an old biscuit that's cracking and crumbling.. I'm about done with that coz ever since I've been gaining weight and my body's losing its firm.. so I started workin out-mind you, I already have back pains n knots let alone? the added activity is making it worse.. Would this method be enough? and is it safe for ppl who've had surgery?

LOL if I do anymore exercise (currently kickbiking, softball twice a week and daily morning posture workout ? for 60 minutes) I won't have time for the videos....I think you were joking anyway. Thanks for the 'great tips.' Glad you like them.
By: Leventevagyok. on 27 Apr 12, 10:58:59
great tips , but u should definitely consider to do some exercise ,can we agree on? this ?
By: tdot4life15. on 23 Apr 12, 18:57:49
get acupuncture.?
By: sunlover5000. on 03 Apr 12, 10:24:53
You have to follow the directions exactly and stay on the knot until the pain truly fades away. Some of my knots were so "chronic" as she put it, that they took several minutes but they all? faded! This was amazing! I needed this so much!
By: sunlover5000. on 03 Apr 12, 10:21:27
this was amazing! I just tried this and followed? the directions, some of my knots took several minutes to dissipate, I even had some pain shooting from my head to my toes! I did my whole back and I didnt find as many knots as I thought but they were enormous!! THANK YOU!!!! Thank you so much. I feel amazing.

Then you absolutely need to see a professional. Go and get an? examination. Your? joints may benefit from some gentle adjusting.
