yeah... doing TKD? would help alot with kicks especialy this one. Tkd fighters can pull of the spinning back kick lighting fast... i mean really fast. alot of mma fighters come from a different background when. when rogan tought gsp this move, gsp executed it slowly... cung le can pull it off and so can silva... (they both have kicking arts backgrounds, Sanda/TKD)... Yes if the kick can't be executed with the amount of speed needed, bad shit can happen to you. but anything can happen wit anythin

it is a powerful kick the reason you dont see it much cause in mma the fighters would see it coming by the? time you turn around to execute it you could get tagged with a straight left or right that would knock you out . but on the streets defending yourself against an inexperienced fighter it would be a devistating kick to the abs
