Alot of the, the problem is that you want to hit the ball a little to hard; maybe subconciously. Try slowing it down and remember that? your hips should not shift before your club makes contact. All the great golfers have full extension of the arms toward the target which you seem to have shown on your swings. Is it consistent in tournament play? Well, that depends on your mental game...
