The people who fought in the American revolution were outnumbered 5 to 1 by the most? technologically advanced army and navy in the world. They did not have equipment nearly as good as the British and MANY people shared the same opinion as you. But clearly, like yourself, they were wrong. guy, I have lived in Europe and traveled extensively... What you say is absolutely untrue and there are no experts, analyst and scholars that would even remotely agree with you. Think you're? just another small town hick that cant stand it that the US ranks 12th out of the G8 countries, where Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway rank in the top. I have bought guns over the internet. The seller has to ship it to a? licensed dealer and I picked it up from the dealer after filling out the appropriate paperwork. And buying a gun from a individual at a flea market is not illegal. No matter how fucked up the US is people always want to come here from then even more fucked up countries they are from. Europeans are going broke not long from now you will be selling your sisters ass for a cup of coffee.

Health care is a service provided by others. Saying it is a right is effectively saying that you have a right to the services of other people. In a situation where one has the right to the services of another, the one providing the? service is essentially enslaved to the one receiving them. However you do have a right to defend yourself, therefore bearing arms is a right. As a firearm is merely a tool designed for the purpose of self-defense.

Unfortunately, the entire world is not under the jurisdiction of the Bill of Rights, but even in countries where arms are proscribed it isn't hard to acquire weapons illegally. Cars are licensed because they are likely to be stolen, so we ask the government to keep track of them. Owning a car? is a privilege, unlike bearing arms which is a human right.
