A warning should perhaps be given. A few years ago I started running fast abruptly, after having done several times a week 6-7 mile runs going around 11-12? min/mile for several years. I was happy going near 8 minutes a mile because I got a better workout and my workouts wore shorter. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of this I developed heel pain. I was diagnosed with plantar fascitis and doctors advised me I had to completely give up running. I have not run in 4 years.

Yes you can juice the fruits, but the good stuff is in the fiber,? so don't do it as a meal..just as a supplement.

Dear Vicky. Good luck on your journey. I a mum of two living in London UK. I am climbing my way up to be fully frutarian. Your own struggles made me very very encarage. I am no perfect but it doesn't mean cant achive it. As you said one fruit ant the time. I have a question to you. Can I juice my fruits rather than eating it. I find it a lot? easier. All the best Wioletta

You are an amazing inspiration! Right now I'm only at about 12 miles per week, but building up a base to run my first marathon this year. I'm also working on becoming 80/10/10, but I struggle with cravings for cooked foods like bread and blue corn chips with Daiya. I hope to meet you someday at the Woodstock Fruit Festival! I can't afford it this year, but I'll? be saving up for next year!
