Two different approaches here - the first few balls are off a 'Walk - in' and the other latter deliveries are with a bound. At the end there's a couple of slow motion sequences.

Yep, League cricket 3rd and 4th XI teams. Bat at No.10.Not had a good season for the last 2 years issues with my action? and the Googly Syndrome, it's taken a couple of years to sort it out and had complications with knee injuries as well! But looking forward to a much better season starting in April.

On the forum I use, I was linked to an? on-line coaching resource and uploaded a video there and some of the coaches on there advised me to tweak my action slightly and this is as far as I got. The general consensus was that this is an improvement. The evidence in the turn, accuracy and drift I'm now beginning to get backs that up as well, so whilst it doesn't look as dynamic it is working for me.

What happened to the jump into the action? I've found that helped me immensely before injury curtailed my season.?

Yeah -? it's a work in progress, I'll have to get out and get an update video done, it's coming together slowly, but the pivots the bit I'm trying to add.

Yeah defintely - when I get it right? and I get up on the toes, dip and then bounce seem to be the outcome.

I seem to get up? on my toes naturally and it seems to help me gain more bounce. However i have a weird action so any of that could be affecting that too. Looking good for mid sept though

There's a forum I comment on - bigcricket, several people on there, but more recently and by more professional people on silicon coach. They're also on? big cricket these people, but they give the most professional guidance on siliconcoach, where they have graphics to help explain what they recommend that you do. It's slightly more complex than that as well, getting up on the toes is part of it, but not all of it.

I know exactly what you mean, you improve on one thing and then another part of your action changes. When you talk about getting told to get up on the toes on the front leg, who told you this? Its sound advice,? but im just curious.
