I had to tape it to the side of piano so it would be steady, hence the angle. The original key is D-. The start goes something like D-, A-, Bflat +. The chorus is D-, A-, Gminor7. There are some A+ and C+ passing chords. I took? some liberties with the tempo. I'll try to upload something better, maybe a tutorial, when I get better video equipment. Good luck!
