I do? this 3 times on these 4 notes (which are an inversion of the Eb7 chord). You can use the same RH note intervals when playing most other dominant 7th chords. e.g. Chord of G7 in LH and a run on notes B D F and G (always same fingering 1, 2, 3 and 4). And so on.
