By: DONNIrish. on 17 Mar 11, 20:35:31 get yourself into plenty of circuit training and get use to running wif a bergen,im doin 2 hr circuit training sessions dude 3 times a wk,i tab and run 14 miles wif 50lb bergen and weights,but make sure ya can do push ups,pull ups and sit ups,that sud get ya in2 a gud enough shape so that ur body can jst about cope,gud luck aswell,i got 72 in my barb test and find out in may wat the craic is,hopefully,i will be away soon aswell.eat plenty of gud grub and? pint of milk a day.
