A neat view as our two latest wines wind down fermentation. The homemade Banana (18 lbs) plus apple juice looks really cool as the sizzling shows up well with the light shining on it. The second on is a Cab Sauv kit wine that is looking a little light so I think oak will be in order for secondary. They both were sizzling rather loudly though hard to hear over the dehumidifier.

Labeling wine bottles is fun and if you do it right, they can be removed much easier than if you use a commercial adhesive. MILK....it's the other.....white...gl ue.
