My latest track "Gideon" is named after the bad ass Special Agent Jason Gideon from the TV series Criminal Minds. The main riff is a modified lick from Protest the Hero's "Turn Soonest To The Sea".

This is my first time ever working with an acapella, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. I took TiK ToK and gave it a powerful twist with strong synths and strings.
This song was interesting to compose as I geared away from the hip-hop side of things to make a more electronica style track. I fused some strings melodies in to add a more emotional base for the piano line.
And you may have also noticed this is my first track I have composed in quite some time as well! It's good to be back!
