A quick update today, turns out the Organic Potatoes are a huge success.
We end up getting a wheel barrow full of potatoes, don't know what the weight is but based on the effort to push the wheel barrow I figure 80-90 lbs at least.
Got enough potatoes now for I figure 5 years, just kidding...

The heirloom organic vegatable garden is growing fantastic along with the weeds
We have started a Weedageddon program this week to get rid of the weeds the old fashion way, on your hands and knees picking everything, time consuming but it's getting rid of them for this week at least.
Will keep you updated ...

Actually it turned out Rocco had an inner ear infection which? I finally got cleared up for him in Dec, his hearing then started to return. Then his buddy Spike got killed and he went to selective hearing for about 3 months, now the old guy is back to normal listening when he wants to or when he thinks it's his idea. If you want a stubborn dog get anything crossed with a Malamute you'll get yrs of frustration, but great dog overall, good protector against other animals, useless against humans...

Actually this was our first year ever growing so I had my hands full just harvesting, next year I will do seed collection, Chris at? Incredibleseeds com is going to supply us again next year except this time I'm getting all my seeds from him, the other 2 companies I dealt with their seeds were a complete failures, but Incredibleseeds rocked. I'm actually placing my order this month to make sure I get everything I want for next year, next year is going to be so exciting....

Very impressive garden in your series of great? videos. Thanks for posting them all...I've really enjoyed them. Just curious...did you do save many seeds from your garden for next year? Or will you just order seeds again? Thanks again, and I'll look forward to next year's video series!

This soil grew the best lawn which I never walked on, there use to be an old barn in the area and I figure there must be a ton of manure in the soil over the years. I figure the barn disappeared about 30-40 years ago from this? site.

The problem is he wanted to eat it, I got it? delivered the day before and had to get the job done right away, every time I turned around he was in munching down. Yeh my neighbour is a great lad, we do a lot of different things for each other. He is not mechanically inclined at all and every time I borrow something I always have to fix it or maintain it to use it, but still cheaper than buying it and he gets his equipment serviced for free in my shop.
