God in all his supreme laziness in Jean-Luc Godard's "Weekend"
Posted by: leocrass1172
Video duration: 378 seconds
This is either Godard's crazy image of God, or he is using God as a metaphor. But, as one can never really understand the INTENDED meaning, one must come to ones own interpretation. at any rate this is a fantastically done scene with some of the most amazing dialogue.

Hauntingly interesting musical number from "Weekend" by Jean-Luc Godard
Posted by: leocrass1172
Video duration: 339 seconds
This (in my opinion) is an excellent example of Jon-Luc Godard's artistic ability. He clashes classic musical beauty with the brashness of the criminal element and the sand-paper-like coarseness of the New Wave artistic direction of which Godard was the father. Truly an amazing scene.
