If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, you can download our Workout Generator App. The app generates a new workout for you every time you step into the gym by body part, level, and goal. It also has a video manager that? allows you to download the videos you need without taking up space from videos you don't need. Great vid! Its the little things that make the difference and IF always brings the tips. Just this week I had a guy ask me - "Hey Awhodatt, how does your body (arms) look like that and you never work with a lot of weight?!" I had to sit him down and explain that what I do is work with 'enough' weight as? opposed to too much as does 95% of dudes in any given gym. Its actually a bit amusing as they sometimes watch from the corner of their eyes in complete bewilderment. Oh well ...

i wish there was a way to copy the videos you like and watch them in the gym so u have a fresh picture in your head what the form is? suppose to look like. I have an ipod touch but transferring videos over to that thing isnt the easiest thing to do.. anyone have any ideas? and dont tell me to bring my laptop into the gym with me cuz that just aint gonna happen LOL
