This is a minute before it over flows. Ive got a whole neighborhood of drainage above me slamming into a little culvert in my backyard. When rain is heavy there is nothing I can do to stop the truckload of sediment and big rocks it brings down and clogs the culvert, flooding my yard and the street. This culvert cannot support the infrastructure that has been built over many years.
