Here is a video of my pet Cockatiel. I found him outside in the cold a few weeks ago. The owner never claimed him. After a few days I was floored to find out he could talk. Every few days he says something new.

When I found him it was 50 degrees outside and he was laying on his side, he almost died. Thank goodness I found him and saved? him it time. I'm not going to let it go in below freezing temps. That would be animal cruelty. Yes, I would rather see him in his natural enviroment, but I don't live in Australia.
