Open ur browser type 192.168.1.1 you should be able to see these readings? in the Internet browser. Then go to start-run-cmd... From there type ipconfig, when that loads you should see something next to connection DNS suffix that looks similar to hsd1.ga.comcast.net after that type ping yahoo.com. If ur signal isn't within range these prolly won't work which you should call Comcast to come out and fix the issue. And yea, Comcast
