I'm betting? you could've easily prevented a few of those deaths if you had stalled more shots. If you fire 2-3 DMR rounds and wait a second before shooting the next 2-3, you can kill someone with 5 shots if you have good aim. Remember Vyper360, 3 shots, stall... then 3 shots. Mentally smart and set ups and tactics such as not rushing and making your opponent look like a idiot is a lot harder to reach.
