315 dead lift

Second day in a row I dead lifted. I am just taking my time going up in weight, and trying to practice my form as strictly as possible.

Oh okay, it's no problem, i thought you were being a poo, I don't want to look like a dumbass trying to squeeze on all those 45's, I've seen guys in the gym do it, one? dude would lay down on the ground and kick the weights with his feet to get it on the bar. LOL! that shit was awkward, i wanted to tell the guy he could just use a 35 and a 10 haha

Or unless you are slowly moving up in weight and simply adding them on because? I don't have the powerlifting device to lift the bar off the ground to add plates of the same diameter because the floor is in the way...oh wait........trolololol, Einstein. Nice try.
