You'll have fun with it. Mine still fire with engage and disengage on in and out with misfires but keep in mind, they are about ten or 20 years old. If you want a self-defense weapon, the best thing is to get a CCW and a good gun and carry all the time. You have to get close to an attacker with a knife whereas a gun you don't. I carry all the time, but it can be? a pain at times.

For self defense, don''t count on it, but its a decent knife and the Made in Germany I like. Taiwan, China and Mexico are the main ones but they're really all? the same. Don't drop it, don't open it a lot. The rattle and bladeplay is normal but DON'T hold it up against anything so it won't fully extend, it will REALLY weaken the mechanisms and they're weak enough. Its a fun knife and it will last you a while. Don't oil it. Nice knife in all.

Rostfrei means "Stainless". Its a very good knife. Yeah, I have one of the cheapos too and lost it rather quickly. Thats one hell of an evil knife and Gerber makes some of the highest quality folders out there. I'd like to have it, but I can get them pretty cheap where I am. I certainly wouldn't trade it for a lightening. You're right, it opens very fast and trust? me, it will beat a lightening to deployment every time. Check your inbox. Thanks for the video bud. Im sorry, I do like watches but prefer swiss movement, and have a big wrist which usualy means I need to adjust the size of the band...
