Here's a quick video because I got a new camera. The old one was mediocre.
Set-up:
Borla Unequal headers
Stock cats
2.25" piping
Vibrant Performance resonator
Apexi N1 muffler 3.5" tip
It's not loud enough to me. I'm debating to go catless but I'm trying to save up to do my STi swap

There's a difference. My car actually doesn't have? a poor crash test rating, and handles extremely well with AWD. I'm not a Neon 'hater' (you people seriously need to stop using that word, it's poorly used), I just don't like your taste in Neons. It's nothing but lights, fart cans, and sound systems. No offense, just saying.

Yep just headers and a 2.25" catback. I'm not doing much to the? car now, except interior stuff, because I'm saving for my JDM STi swap.

That is a great sound you have yourself. Is it just the headers and a 2.5" cat back? Not many? sti's sound like it cause they want a better muffler for the turbo.
