Fincher put a lot of? work into it and it shows. I've also heard the same things Litshttam said about how Fincher was fighting the studio heads for creative control, and "disowned" it in the sense that he liked the movie, but hated making it. If anything I'd say the opinion on Alien 3 is only getting more favorable as time goes on, from what I've seen. Dream within? a ...
